Pirin defender Vitalis Jagodinskis played one half for the Latvian national team in the control against Cyprus, which took place last night at the Giorgios Karapatakis Stadium in Larnaca.
Jagodinskis appeared at halftime of the match in place of Daniels Balodis.
The match is over 1:1 after home side Pitas opened the scoring in the 34th minute, and Tsyganics equalized for Latvia five minutes before the end of regular time.
On 26 March Latvia will play control with the Lichtenstein team. The meeting will be held again in the Cypriot city of Larnaca, but at the Antonis Papadopoulos Stadium. We wish Vitalis success and we expect him healthy and full of positive mood for our upcoming battles in the First League!
