To be attracted to the selected teams of FC Pirin Blagoevgrad (U9, U10, U11, U12), players must first take part in the annual selection. It will take place in June. Pirin’s coaching staff will evaluate the players, to determine the composition of the respective team – set. The qualities of the players will be evaluated based on their performance during the regular season of the club and the annual 2-day trial process..
The annual selection is open to all (including current players at the Academy) and is held under the supervision of club directors. The final decisions for the selection selection are based entirely on football arguments and the coaches are responsible for making an informed decision for the good of the player., team and club. Our coaches are given the freedom to work objectively and each player will be given a fair opportunity to participate in the team..
The choice is based on two training sessions.
It is highly recommended that your child attend both sessions.
The selection will be held at the sports base in the village of Riltsi.
Be 30 minutes earlier on the first day and 15 minutes earlier for the second day session.
Register in advance
Pre-register via the link on our website or on the club’s official Facebook page, thus there will be no need to wait on the first day of the annual selection, to register. Pre-registration is for the purpose of signing up for the annual selection and does not oblige players to play in Pirin, until the player actually accepts an offer from our club.
Fee for current players – 5 Levs,
Newly registered player fee – 10 Levs,Fee for current players – 5 Levs,
If the player is selected for the school of the club, this fee will be deducted from the regular monthly fee for sports training in FC Pirin Blagoevgrad.
Players are expected to respect their teammates, coaches and support staff at all times.
Training time is dedicated to the development of the players and the fun within the game. Positive attitude and concentration are key to success.
Players will be considered late for training, if they are not on the field as a team at the appointed time.
The players are obliged to train with the Pirin team at every training session.
If you are late for a workout or match, or have to be absent due to a health or other problem , they must notify the coaching staff.
Players are required to wear their official match equipment.
The use of protective peels is mandatory during training.
Players and coaches are responsible for collecting all training equipment and cleaning up after training..
Responsibilities of coaches
Coaches create a competitive environment for training and matches, which supports the growth of our players – mentally, physically, tactically and technically.
Coaches maintain high standards for themselves, so do our players.
Coaches will encourage each player to improve throughout the year in many aspects of the game : mental, physically, tactically, technically.
Coaches will require full self-sacrifice on the part of the players in the training process. Efforts will eventually lead to this, the team to be more competitive on the day of the match.
As coaches, we are proud of our team and our club, and we expect players and parents to be proud too.
Responsibilities of parents
They encourage sportsmanship in the game, demonstrating positive support for all players, coaches, officials and officials during the matches.
They put the emotional and physical well-being of all players before any personal desire to win.
They support the coaches, employees and administrators, who work with their child in the club, to promote a positive and enjoyable experience for all.
They know, that the game is for players, and not for adults.
They demand and expect their children to treat other players with respect, coaches, officials, staff and fans.
They are always positive.
They always allow the coach to be the only person, who gives instructions.
They do not enter into disputes with parents, the players or coaches of the opposing team.
They do not enter the field for any reason during the match.
They do not criticize the officials during the match.
Alcohol, tobacco products, illicit drugs and unauthorized prescription drugs must not be surrendered, consumed or distributed before, during or after any training or match, or at any other time in the training complexes used by FC Pirin. NO SMOKING at sports facilities.
Training process
Training days: 9 – 10 annual – 3 times a week +1 match / 11 – 12 annual – 4 times a week + 1 match.
Training schedule and terrains: They will be announced by the beginning of August.
All training is conducted in training complexes, used by FC Pirin.
Paying a fee, every athlete in FC Pirin receives the following:
