Striker George Oakley is another new addition to the team of Pirin (Blagoevgrad). The 187 cm tall Englishman comes from the Scottish elite Hamilton Academic.
Oakley, 24, has signed a two-year contract and will join the team on Thursday, June 18, when his two-week quarantine expires.
On Saturday, June 20, our new player will leave with the team for the training camp in Albena resort.
The striker was born in London and grew up at the AFC Wimbledon Academy. His career went through the teams of Welling and Maidstone.
In Scotland, he also wore the Inverness Caledonian Thistle team shirt for two seasons. It was from there that he joined Hamilton’s team. Pirin won his visit to CSKA - Sofia from the 29th round of the First League with 2:1.

Evgeni Georgiev signed a professional contract with Pirin

We are pleased to announce, that Evgeni Georgiev signed his first professional contract with our club.

The youth of Pirin, who plays as an attacking midfielder, made his debut for the representative team in the First League under the guidance of the mentor Oleksandr Babic in the visit of Botev (Vratsa) in February. He then came on as a reserve in five more championship matches.

We wish Evgeni much success with the Pirin jersey!
