The match at Hristo Botev Stadium started well for the Blues, who in the 4th minute took the lead with a great performance by Welton. The Brazilian was accurate with a long shot, which bounced into Georgiev's upper beam and stopped in the net

Pirin responded with a dangerous counterattack and a weak shot by Spas Georgiev, which Mihailov saved without a problem, despite the ambush of the attacker of the "greens". A little later, Karachanakov had a chance to sign up for his specialty – direct free kick, but his shot hit the wall.

Seconds before the end of the first half Levski scored a second goal. This happened after a cross from a corner. First Milanov played with his head, then a defender of Pirin killed, but sent the ball to Barry, who lowered the orb to Stefanov, and he signed up close.

In the 74th minute the result was increased. Another breakthrough on the left of Welton ended with a blow to the Brazilian, the ball hit the head of the intruder in the penalty area Stefanov and hit the net for 0:3.
