Pirin won with 2:1 against CSKA 1948. French shooter Aymen Souda became the hero of the match, who scored both goals in Daniel Naumov's net. These were Suda's first two goals since his return to Pirin. The reserve Birsent Karagaren scored for the visitors, who found the result immediately with a supplement, after Ivaylo Chochev missed a penalty at the beginning of the second half.

In the 20th minute, Ventsislav Bengyuzov got away with a curious goal. Naumov headed the ball away from the goal line, whereupon the midfielder fired into the empty net, but narrowly missed the shot.

A little later, a good action by CSKA 1948 was finished with a weak shot by Ivaylo Chochev. In the 37th minute, the captain of “the reds” again shoots to the frame of Maxim Kovalev, but again the ball did not find the net. After 120 seconds Chochev got a third opportunity in the penalty area “eaglets”, but he got frustrated and failed again.

In the 54th minute, Emil Tsenov scored a goal from close range, but the hit was canceled due to an ambush. The situation was reviewed with VAR, as the referees noted a touch by Ivaylo Chochev before the ball fell to Tsenov.

After three minutes, referee Martin Velikov pointed to the penalty spot in front of Pirin's goal (Blagoevgrad). National Georgi Rusev invaded the field of “eaglets” and was overthrown by Vencislav Benguzov – penalty. Ivaylo Chochev stood behind the ball, who shoots into the left corner, but Maksym Kovalev reacts well and the huts. However, Birsent Karagaren poked the ball into the net with a rebound – 1:0 for the guests. The situation was thoroughly reviewed with VAR because of our team's claims, that Karagaren entered the penalty area before Chochev's shot. The replay showed, that the leg of the former Lokomotiv star (Plovdiv) is in the air at the time of the shot and the goal was awarded.

In the 68th minute, Pirin equalized – 1:1. Jugo Comano crosses treacherously from the right, Daniel Naumov stopped the ball with one hand, but it fell on Aymen Souda, who sent her head into the net.

In the 86th minute, Aymen Souda finished an attack in an excellent way “the white-green ones”, started after a mistake by Karagaren near the touchline. Souda receives a pass from the left, entered the penalty area of “the reds” and found the close corner of Daniel Naumov – 2:1 for Pirin. And that goal was reviewed extensively with VAR.
