Mr. Yordanov, you sent last year with a draw against CSKA and a resounding victory over Ludogorets, Wasn't it a pity for Pirin, that just then comes the pause?
-In the interest of truth, we were angry, that it happened. We just picked up speed, we took very important points against the two most valuable teams in the elite and we had to go on vacation. However, I sincerely hope that the break will not affect us and will not stop the speed, which we collected. The most important thing is to prepare well during the break and continue in the new year, as we finished the old one.
-However, your Christmas presents were not the most desired. It must have been a little shocking, when instead of special bonuses you are notified, that you will have to reduce your salaries. At the start of the preparation, however, Tasko Taskov listed the names of most of the players from Pirin and called you heroes…
-Certainly no one likes it, when he finds out, that he will have to reduce his monthly salary, but we gathered in the locker room and decided unanimously to do so. At least I don't know about anyone, who has refused to accept the new financial terms.

-Yes. In fact, I don't know exactly what happened to him. He left after the match with Ludogorets and did not come for the preparation. I read his speeches, but he did not speak to us.

-It is certainly not an easy decision. I can say for myself why I did it. I judged, that Pirin has done enough for me and given me a lot, and it was for this reason that I felt obliged to make this gesture as well. When we talked to the boys in the locker room, we united around the idea of helping the club in this difficult time.
