Krasi Stanoev returns to Blagoevgrad

Krassimir Stanoev signed a two-year contract with Pirin. The Blagoevgrad-born 25-year-old midfielder comes from Etar (Veliko Tarnovo) with whom  he played 23 matches and scored 2 goals in the 2019-20 season. The atmosphere at Hristo Botev Stadium is not unknown to him, as he has one half-season with the Eagles in the 2014-15 championship. The brave midfielder has also played for the teams of Litex, Pirin (Razlog), Dobrudja, CSKA and Dunav (Ruse).

Pirin has started pre-season training for the new season

With the traditional blessing for health and success Pirin (Blagoevgrad) started its preparation for the new championship in the Second League.
The event was honored by the mayor of Blagoevgrad Rumen Tomov, the chairman of the Municipal Council Andon Todorov, as well as the municipal councilors Radoslav Taskov, Rashko Dinkov, Ivan Rizov, Kiril Vaklinov and others. The footballers were greeted by fans and media representatives.
The president of the club Iva Warren welcomed the guests of the event and wished health and success to the team in the upcoming battles to return to the elite.
Manager Warren Feeney and his team took 21 players to the first training session. The new additions Nikolay Bodurov, Alexander Dyulgerov, Anton Karachanakov, Stilyan Nikolov, Spas Georgiev, John Aina, Preslav Yordanov and Petar Petrov joined the group.

Pirin starts preparation on 10 June

The representative team of Pirin (Blagoevgrad) will officially start its preparations for the new season on Wednesday, June 10. The team gathers for the first training session at 10:30 am at Hristo Botev Stadium, when the traditional blessing will take place. Pirin signs a former PSG player

FC Pirin is pleased to present the next new addition – John-Christoph Ayna.
He was born in 1991 in Rouen (France) and formed his football skills in the schools of Guingamp and Paris Saint-Germain. He is 181 cm tall and can play in all attacking positions.
He played for the Spanish Cordoba and Santander, the English Rochdale and Newport County, the Italian Bishelieu, Fidelis Andria and Nardo, where he comes from in our team.
One of the best moments in his career are the two goals he scored at the gates of Olympique (Marseille) to qualify his team Kevili in the semifinals of the French Cup.

Another “eagle” returns to the nest

The brave defender Alexander Dyulgerov returned to Pirin with a two-year contract. Dyulgerov, who recently turned 30, was born in Blagoevgrad and is a product of the “eaglets”, and for our representative team he has a total of three seasons in two separate periods. Vladi Zlatinov will be a player-coach

Vladislav Zlatinov has renewed today his contract with FC Pirin Blagoevgrad. Pirin’s longtime number nine will also be part of Warren Feeney’s  coaching staff. The manager himself asked for Zlatinov’s help in working with the first team.
Zlatinov was welcomed today by the assistant manager of the “eagles” Andrew Todd, and the two Britons will try to introduce the legend of Pirin in the new work-field.

New coaching staff at the Pirin Academy

FC Pirin Blagoevgrad has a new coaching staff, which will lead the club’s Academy in the new elite part of the school – the sets from U13, born in 2008, to U19 – born in 2002 and 2003.

The new director of the Elite Academy – Radostin Alexandrov today presented the new coaching staff, among which there are several new names.

By age, the teams will be led by:

U19 – Head coach Pavlin Todorov

U17 – Head coach Radoslav Mitrevski

U16 – Head coach Georgi Zabunov

Antonio Petkov will be the assistant to the head coaches in these three ages. Nikolay Leskov will be a fitness trainer in these three ages.

U15 – Head coach Ivan Zhelev, who will also be deputy to director Radostin Alexandrov.

U14 – Head coach Yanek Kyuchukov

U13 – Head coach Martin Mitov

Martin Georgiev will be the assistant to the coaches in the younger three ages, and Blagoy Kalpachki will be the fitness coach.

In the coming days, two goalkeeping coaches will be joining, as well as two more assistants for the different ages.

Spas Georgiev signs with Pirin

Pirin Blagoevgrad recruited the winger Spas Georgiev. Born in Stara Zagora, the 27-year-old footballer was one of the main goals of manager Warren Feeney, who expressed satisfaction that he would be able to work with him.
Georgiev is a former player of the Scottish Livingston and Albion Rovers, and until recently  he played for September Sofia.The twenty-seven-year-old midfielder successfully passed the medical examinations today and will start training on a par with his colleagues on 10.06.

Pirin starts preparation on 10.06

FC Pirin will start the summer preparation for the 2020/21 season of the Second League on 10.06. The players will be gathered two days in advance when they must go through the mandatory PCR tests, as well as for standard medical examinations.
The Eagles will do the preparation in three stages. Until 20.06 the team will train in Blagoevgrad, followed by a ten-day camp in Albena. The third stage will be held again at home.
Seven friendly matches are planned, and so far there are fixed games with Dobrudja and Chernomorets Burgas in Albena, as well as with Minuer Pernik, Montana, Strumska Slava and CSKA 1948, after returning from the ten-day camp.
