The director of Pirin Elite Academy Radostin Alexandrov and coach Ilian Mitrev will hold this year’s casting of the English Football Academy – Brooke House.
Every year, with the assistance of the consulting house “Derby”, football tests are held in Bulgaria, which give the opportunity to young football talents to go on a full scholarship n England. The players will train and study at Brooke House College, located near the city of Leicester. Alexandrov and Mitrev themselves were part of the Brooke House College Football Academy – as coaches and players.
The manager of the English Academy entrusts the two coaches from Pirin to conduct the tests.
The tests will take place in the first days of next week in Sofia, and the winner will be announced on Wednesday.
Mickey Adams, a former Southampton and Leeds United player who has coached teams such as Fulham, Nottingham Forest and Leicester in the English Premier League, works at Brooke House Academy.
